Valencia Football Academy Ogbomoro Effurun has emerged victorious in the Ughelli North Football Council/Myron TopClass Sports Outfit U-10 Cup 2024. The thrilling finale took place at the Ogor Technical College Pitch on Wednesday, October 2.
After regulation time ended 1-1, Valencia FA clinched the title by defeating Successful Pillars 4-2 in a penalty shootout.
The winning team was presented with a prestigious trophy and medals, symbolizing their exceptional skill and teamwork. Additionally, two players from Valencia Football Academy who scored hat-tricks during the tournament received match balls as a token of appreciation.
Mr. Onome Ikrechero Johnbull, Tournament Director and Chairman of Ughelli North Football Council, praised the partnership between the Ughelli North Football Council and Myron TopClass Sports Outfit for organizing a successful U-10 Cup 2024. "We are grateful for the partnership and commitment to developing young talents. The discovered talents will be monitored to ensure proper development," he said.
