Ughelli-based Excellent Football Club has arrived in Lagos State to participate in a series of pre-season/trial games against top Lagos-based sides.
According to the club's CEO, Mr. Onome Ikrechero Johnbull, the pre-season tour is aimed at preparing the team for the upcoming season. "This tour will help us assess our team's readiness and identify areas for improvement," he stated.
Excellent FC will face off against Bison FC on Tuesday, October 29, at the Maracana Field, kick-off time 9 am. The following day, they will take on Smart City FC at the Legacy Pitch, kick-off time 3 pm.
Their final opponent will be Ajuwa FC, another Lagos-based side.
Pre-Season Schedule:
- Tuesday, October 29:
Bison FC vs Excellent FC
9am, Maracana Field
- Wednesday, October 30:
Smart City FC vs Excellent FC
3 pm, Legacy Pitch
The pre-season games are expected to provide valuable experience and competition for Excellent FC as they gear up for the new season.
