Excellent Football Academy Ughelli, Delta State, have been crowned champions of the Ughelli North Football Council/Agent Paul Ojo Sponsored Scouting Tournament. The thrilling finale saw Excellent Academy defeat Kingdom Stars FA of Bayelsa 2-1 on Saturday, November 2, at the Ogor Technical College pitch in Ughelli North Local Government Area.

Goals from Peter Power and Emuroghenerue ThankGod in each half secured the title for Excellent Academy, amidst cheers from a capacity crowd.

Ughelli North Football Council Chairman, Mr. Onome Ikrechero Johnbull, praised the participating teams and lauded the partnership with renowned international scout, Mr. Paul Ojo Omamomo.
