Port Harcourt, Rivers State – The Rivers State Football Association, RSFA, has announced that Sharks Stadium, Port Harcourt will host the 4th edition of the Rivers State Keves Global Football Competition.
The announcement was made in a statement released by RSFA on Thursday in Port Harcourt. The venue selection sets the stage for what promises to be another competitive edition of the tournament.
Registration for participating clubs is now open at ₦30,000 per club. The closing date for registration is Sunday, 28th June 2026. With entries rolling in, Sharks Stadium is set to come alive when the tournament kicks off.
Competition Format
Like previous editions, the tournament will feature two categories played side by side: Amateur clubs and All Stars clubs.
The Amateur clubs category is strictly restricted to non-league playing players and clubs. The All Stars category is open only to players aged 40 years and above, with National Identification Number, NIN, required for verification.
Prize Money
RSFA has also confirmed the prize structure for both categories:
Amateur Clubs Category:
Winner – One Million Naira (₦1,000,000)
1st Runner-up – Seven Hundred Thousand Naira (₦700,000)
2nd Runner-up – Five Hundred Thousand Naira (₦500,000)
All Stars Category:
Winner – Five Hundred Thousand Naira (₦500,000)
1st Runner-up – Three Hundred Thousand Naira (₦300,000)
2nd Runner-up – Two Hundred Thousand Naira (₦200,000)
