Ughelli, Delta State, Nigeria - The CEO of Excellent Football Academy, Mr. Onome Ikrechero Johnbull, has expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming Victor Ikpeba Football Challenge Warri (4th Edition), stating that the tournament will provide a major platform to further expose the young talents in the academy.
As the team intensifies its training for the competition, Mr. Johnbull emphasized the importance of football challenges like this in the development, exposure, and enjoyment of young footballers.
The 5-A-Side competition, specifically designed for the U-20 category, is scheduled to take place from December 19th to 21st, 2024, at the D Clouds Arena, located after the Osubi Airport in Osubi, Delta State.
The tournament promises to be an exciting display of youthful football talent, with participating teams competing for a star prize of Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (#350,000). The 1st and 2nd runner-up teams will receive #200,000 and #150,000, respectively, while the 4th-placed team will receive #100,000.
